Lightning Life, LLC respects the privacy of every individual who visits our website. All information gathered on behalf of the Lightning Life, LLC is kept strictly confidential and is not sold, rented or distributed in any fashion. Information provided will be used solely to determine and send appropriate information about our services or products. You may set your email preferences in your account to choose to subscribe or unsubscribe to our newsletter.

All credit card payments are made through PayPal to ensure the security of your information. No credit card information is collected or stored within the lightninglifecoaching.com website.

What personal information do we collect? When you place an order with us, we ask for the standard personal information in our order form (such as name, address, email, contact phone number, and so forth) in order for us to properly ship your order to you. This information is kept secure in protected systems. If necessary, we may use this information to contact you (via email for example) regarding a pending order, or to answer a question prompted from a customer.

We do not sell, lease, or rent your email address without your permission.

What other kind of information do we collect? We use a commonly known file called a "cookie" on our site. These are the same cookies used on millions of other websites in order to help you navigate our site. In the case of our site, we use cookies to let your computer remember the contents (products) in your shopping cart and related information.

Like most other websites, we monitor the aggregate (how many people) traffic statistics on our website. This is done in order to provide our customers with better and more efficient service. These general statistics do NOT personally identify our customers and site visitors.

Return & Exchange Policy on Products*

Lightning Life, LLC wants you to be a happy customer. We want you to be completely satisfied with the products that you receive from us. We do understand that you may not like your product for some reason. 

You may return or exchange your product within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with it. The product must be returned in its original condition for a refund or exchange. To return products to Lightning Life, LLC, follow these steps:

1. For an exchange, indicate on the invoice what you wish to exchange the returned product with. Your account will be credited for the amount of the returned product, and then charged for the replacement product. Be sure to include the product name and price. It is very important to include your daytime phone number in case we have to contact you. In order to receive a refund or exchange, the product must not show signs of damage, wear or alteration.

2. Please indicate a reason for your return or exchange on the invoice that was included with the shipment. Your feedback is very important to us!

3. Place your product, a copy of the invoice, and all the original packaging in the return package.

4. Write the word EXCHANGE or RETURN on the outside of the package, to indicate the type of processing. You may return or exchange any item except "Final Clearance" items for any reason, within 30 days of your purchase. We do not require an RMA number for returns or exchanges.

5. YOU MUST SHIP TO US VIA THE US POSTAL SERVICE TO OUR BUSINESS ADDRESS. You must apply postage to the returned package. We recommend using Delivery Confirmation to track the delivery status of your package.

6. Once your product is received, it will be processed within 10 business days. Lightning Life, LLC will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. A credit will be issued to your original method of payment within 15 business days of receiving your returned product. Once the adjustment has been made to your credit card account, you will receive an email confirming that transaction.
