Working with a coach is a very personal decision. It’s important that you know a little about me – not just my experience and training, but my beliefs and purpose.
I started my business, Lightning Life, LLC, after a rewarding 30-year career in the business and education fields. It is my blessing to have worked for a company that supported my training and certification in life coaching and allowed me to coach its executives and professionals for over 3 years.
In working through Sonia Choquette’s book, Your Heart’s Desire – Instructions for Creating the Life Your Really Want, I developed the following mantra for my life and my business. It is my purpose, that I share with you now and throughout our coaching relationship.

You probably got the message from my web site home page that I am passionate about coaching men and women to live full, rich lives. I have come to realize that many times we don’t really live our lives – we let our lives live us through obligations, commitments, routines, etc. that we believe are placed on us. Based on my experiences with professional women, I developed the “7 Sparks to Aliveness” that I believe add joy and fulfillment to women’s lives. I am a contributing author to the book, Discover Your Inner Strength, where leaders in the field give their thoughts, advice and programs for helping people get in touch with their power within. I am a Certified Professional Life Coach, certified by the Coaches’ Training Institute, and accredited by the International Coaches’ Federation. I am also certified by IBM as a Business Transformation Consultant. So, I bring a combination of thought leadership and practical experience to my work. I have led, mentored and coached men and women internationally on topics such as work-life balance, career progression, stronger relationships, alignment of work with personal values, and increased sense of control.
I believe in the wisdom and power of all people to have the lives that fulfill and enrich them. I work with my own coach and know that coaching can be instrumental on the journey to REALLY living!
