Having worked more than 25 years as and with professional women, Lin Scheib has identified “7 Sparks to Aliveness” for women. Lin brings these sparks to life through her lively presentations and audience engagement. A few of Lin’s most powerful programs:

“Put LIFE in your Life” – This program encompasses all of the “7 Sparks to Aliveness.”  It provides a balanced view and encourages women to examine the sparks that most need illumination in their lives.  Participants leave the program with a personally developed action plan to take the first steps to add more aliveness to their lives.

Individual Programs for each of the “7 Sparks to Aliveness” – Each of these programs goes more in-depth into one of the sparks to aliveness.  Each spark is explored in depth, examining how it can enrich a woman’s life.  Participants leave the program with a full understanding of the impact on the spark in their lives and an action plan to fully embrace the spark.

“Been There, Done That” – In this presentation, Lin tells the story of her own path to success.  While acknowledging that the journey is never complete, she provides experiences and lessons that have moved her forward.  The youngest of six children of divorced and lower-middle-class parents, Lin recounts how her under-educated mother inspired her to complete college, her tumultuous childhood years, her determination to have a career at the most admired company in the world, her battle with insecurity and “good girl” syndrome, her ups and down of marriage and child adoption, and her encounter with cancer.  Through it all, Lin continued to learn and grow and now, in reflection, can see how all these experiences shaped and added value to her life.  She shares these experiences in a straight-forward manner, with the intention of inspiring other women to reach for their dreams.
